Placing Your Order
It's easy - simply select the product that you would like to order, fill-in the quantity and click on the order button, when you are done you can check your Basket Contents by clicking on Basket at the top, or go directly to Checkout by clicking Checkout.

JakeandAmos.com values your privacy and security when you are taking the time to visit our Website. Your email address will never be sold, rented, or shared with any other company. You will not receive unwanted advertisement emails because you have shared your email address with us.
JakeandAmos.com is using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your credit card information. SSL is an industry standard protection by encrypting all of your information so it can not be accessed by anyone else at any time.
Sales Tax
There is NO sales tax charged to any of our internet customers who are purchasing our Jake and Amos food products. A 6% Pennsylvania sales tax will apply to any non-food items.
Shipping Method
We are currently shipping all orders via UPS Ground (Next day and Second day air are available upon request). We do not ship to APO addresses. Orders received prior to 12:00 EST will ship same business day, all orders received after 12:00 EST will ship next business day. You will receive an e-mail notification when the order is shipped with the UPS tracking number. Your order should arrive 1 to 7 business days from the time you receive the e-mail notification, depending on your state.
Shipping Rate
Shipping rates will be calculated at time of order checkout.
AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, will be shipped via UPS next day air or second day air.
International orders are currently not accepted. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of our products please inform us and we will respond to your concern immediately.
Damaged Product
We make every attempt to package your order to avoid damage; however, when shipping glass products via a parcel service, damaged product can occur on occasion. If you receive any product that has been damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately at sales@jakeandamos.com and we will replace your damaged product. Please do not attempt to consume any product in which the jar has been broken and/or cracked.
