Easy Jerk Shrimp Tacos with Pineapple Salsa

These Caribbean Jerk Shrimp Tacos are loaded with fruit salsa, crumbly cheese, and spicy shrimp. Make this shrimp taco recipe today for a simple, delicious, and fresh dinner.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

16 oz. frozen, uncooked, medium shrimp, thawed according to the package

4 teaspoons jerk seasoning

1 teaspoon lime juice

2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

1 tablespoon soy sauce

Juice of 1/2 a lime

1 bag 6 inch flour tortillas

Shredded red cabbage

Avocado slices

1 jar Jake & Amos Pineapple Salsa

Crumbled Queso Fresco cheese

Chopped cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges

Directions:
  1. Melt the butter in a hot skillet. Whisk in the jerk seasoning, lime juice, chili sauce, soy sauce and lime.

  2. Add the thawed, drained shrimp and stir until each shrimp is coated in the butter mixture.

  3. Fry in the pan until the shrimp turns pink. Remove from the heat.

  4. Fill tortilla with cabbage, avocado slices, Jake & Amos Pineapple Salsa, hot shrimp, cheese, and cilantro. Squeeze lime juice on top and serve immediately.
