When packing your product, we do so in a manner that attempts to keep your products safe and free from damage, however, when shipping glass products via a parcel service, damage to products can occur on occasion. If you receive any product that has been damaged during the shipping process, please notify us immediately via email at email@example.com or by using the return option in your account information page. We will replace the damaged product for you. Please do not attempt to consume any product in which the jar has been broken and/or cracked.
