Description:

Here is the perfect, quick appetizer that has lots of rich flavor. You can enjoy this treat on its own and at any time, but it looks (and tastes!) great on a charcuterie board. Perfect to include in a festive pre-dinner spread this holiday season!

Ingredients:

1 package cream cheese (8oz)

1/2 cup Jake & Amos Seven Day Pickles (diced)

10 slices bacon, pre-cooked

3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tablespoon pickle juice

1 tablespoon fresh dill weed

2 tablespoon green onions

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:
  1. Chop the bacon and green onions into tiny pieces and mix together in a bowl. Set aside.

  2. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese with the diced Jake & Amos Seven Day Pickles, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped dill, garlic powder, and pickle juice. Mix until very well combined.

  3. Make 12 tablespoon sized balls with the pickle and cream cheese mixture. Then roll the pickle balls in the bacon and green onions to coat them.

  4. Place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

  5. Place a wooden pick in each one so they're easier to serve!

  6. Serve with honey mustard dip.
