Parmesan Roasted Baby Corn brings a savory upgrade to a beloved pantry staple. Using Jake & Amos Sweet Baby Corn, this dish layers smoky spices, melted butter, and a splash of lime over tender, pickled corn spears. Roasted until lightly charred, each piece is finished with grated parmesan and fresh cilantro for a vibrant, flavor-packed bite. Quick to prepare and full of bold character, it's a perfect side or snack that's sure to stand out at any meal.

Ingredients:

3 jars Jake & Amos Pickled Sweet Baby Corn

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1/2 lime, juiced

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

fresh cilantro, chopped

salt and pepper to taste

additional lime juice for serving

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Toss the drained Jake & Amos Sweet Baby Corn onto the baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter, lime juice, and spices.

3. Toss the corn with your hands really well until each piece is coated.

4. Roast for 25 minutes, or until the corn is lightly charred.

5. Garnish with addditional lime juice, parmesan and chopped cilantro.
