This super simple beet and walnut dip is incredibly easy to make and has a ton of health benefits. Plus, the beets give this dip a gorgeous vibrancy that will light up any table!


1 jar (16 oz.) J&A Sweet Fire Tiny Beets (drained)

4 oz. Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup walnuts, toasted

1 tablespoon honey

1/4 teaspoon salt

  1. Place beets and all of the other ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender and process until smooth.

  2. Goes great with crackers, veggies and pita.


Some more options for use:

Slather this dip on some sliced cucumber for a beautiful, simple appetizer. Use as a spread in a veggie sandwich, or toss with pasta.
