This Candied Jalapeno & Black Raspberry Baked Brie is the perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and savory. A warm, creamy wheel of brie is topped with a luscious mixture of seedless black raspberry jam, honey, and sliced candied jalapeños, then baked until irresistibly soft. Finished with chopped pistachios and bright orange zest, this stunning appetizer delivers a beautiful balance of flavor and texture. Serve it straight from the oven with sliced baguette or crackers for a show‑stopping crowd‑pleaser.

Ingredients:

16 ounces round brie

1 1/4 cups Homestyle Black Raspberry Jam

1/3 cup Jake and Amos Sliced Candied Jalapenos

1/2 cup chopped pistachios 

1 or 2 teaspoons orange zest (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F, line a small pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2. In a bowl combine black raspberry jam, candied jalapenos, honey and orange zet and set aside.

3. Prep brie by scoring crisscross cuts on the top of the cheese.

4. Top with jam and jalapeno mixture. Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until topping is warmed and cheese is softened and gooey.

5. Top with drizzled honey and orange zest and pistachios. Serve with crackers, sliced baguette or vegetable crudites.
