Description:

Treat yourself to a cool, creamy summer delight with this easy No-Churn Vanilla Peach Ice Cream. Made with rich heavy whipping cream, sweet condensed milk, and luscious Jake & Amos Vanilla Peach Halves, this homemade treat requires no special ice cream maker. With vibrant peach puree folded directly into the base and tender diced peaches throughout, every scoop offers a perfectly smooth texture and sweet, fruit-filled flavor.

Ingredients:

1 jar (33 oz) Jake & Amos Vanilla Peach Halves, drained

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Additional diced Vanilla Peach Halves for garnish (optional)

Directions:

  1. Drain the Jake & Amos Vanilla Peach Halves, reserving 2–3 peach halves for mixing into the ice cream or using as a garnish.
  2. Add the remaining peach halves to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the peach puree into a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 5–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Because Jake & Amos peaches are packed in a flavorful syrup and tend to be less watery than canned peaches, only a brief reduction is needed.
  4. Remove from heat and allow the puree to cool completely.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and cooled peach puree until fully combined. If desired, stir in the vanilla extract.
  7. Dice the reserved peach halves and gently fold them into the mixture for chunks of peaches throughout the ice cream.
  8. Transfer to a freezer-safe container. For a peach swirl effect, drizzle a few spoonfuls of reserved peach puree over the top and lightly swirl with a knife.
  9. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
